Please be advised that the fire sprinkler and standpipe system are non-operational at the present time due to major repairs be conducted by our contractor – AFPS.
The system will be operational shortly and will be inspected by Fire Prevention upon completion.
Additionally, Toronto Fire Prevention will be inspecting the building between 9:00am and 5:00pm on Monday, May 11th 2015.
The inspectors will also be entering your suites to inspect your smoke detectors under Section 19 sub-section (2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act allows for entry on any premises by an assistant to the Fire Marshall for the purpose of an inspection, at all reasonable hours.
