Please be advised that under no circumstances is drilling into the new/old concrete balconies acceptable nor does painting the balcony area in any way or hanging or attaching any object to the balcony railing or exterior acceptable. These conditions are outlined in your Tenancy Agreement and enforceable under the Residential Tenancies Act.
