We would like to thank you for your co-operation during our balcony restoration program.
This is to inform you that we have met with our Engineer and Contractor regarding the final stages of the balcony restoration and the schedule is a follows:
South Elevation – completed by May 31st, 2015
North Elevation- completed by May 31st, 2015
West Elevation-completed by June 30th, 2015
East Elevation-completed by June 30th, 2015
It's our intention as well as the contractor's to complete the work as quickly as possible. Although it may seem that there are days that are not productive, please keep in mind that not only precipitation (snow, rain) is a factor, but temperature and wind are also factors due to the high altitude of the building along with effectively adhering of materials on the balconies which will have a coated finish on the floor and the ceiling and walls painted.
Again, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and co-operation in above matter. We hope you enjoy a happy summer season.
All landscape work and final clean up to be completed and all equipment to be off site by June 30th, 2015.
