We regret to inform you that due to an incident in our roof top electrical room there is no elevator service, heat, or hot water for residents living above the 20th floor until Monday December 15th. Electrical Contractors have been onsite throughout the day and we are pleased to inform you that power been restored power to these units. Staff and electrical contractors are on site and working diligently to solve this issue as soon as possible. We will keep you informed of any changes and updates as they occur.
