1001 Main St. W. Balcony Restoration

To all Residents of the 01, 02, 03, 05 and 07 Lines

at 1001 Main St West



Please be advised that balcony doors will be secured for balcony slab and rail restoration in the 01, 02 (ensuite), 03, 05 and 07 lines of building 1001 beginning;

MONDAY APRIL 24th at 8:00 am

Please ensure and be aware that:

  • All items are removed from your balcony by April 23rd
  • Access to the balcony is strictly prohibited
  • Doors will be secured from the outside for the duration of the project
  • Any and all items left on the balcony beyond April 24th will be discarded
  • Access to surface parking lot will be restricted from time to time to ensure safety of workers and residents, please be sure to adhere to all signage and instructions from workers and onsite staff

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and please be aware that there is a lounge area off the laundry room that can be used to escape the excessive noise of construction.
